LEAD: British Aerospace P.L.C. said its Dynamics Ltd. subsidiary will cut 2,500 jobs by the end of 1990 and reduce its significant sites to four from six. The unit's chairman, Richard Evans, said the move came after a review of the company's operations. The unit has about 16,000 employees and is primarily involved in British Aerospace's missile programs, including the Rapier system.

LEAD: Quaker Oats Company stock fell after the president of its Fisher-Price unit said the division's contribution to this year's earnings would be flat. The share price dropped 75 cents today, to $51, on the New York Stock Exchange. Fisher-Price's president, R. Bruce Sampsell, said at the New York Toy Fair that the unit's operating results for the year ending in June would be about even with the $106 million earned in the 1988 fiscal year.
