トーマス・エドワード・パトリック・ブレイディ・ジュニア（Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr., 1977年8月3日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州サンマテオ出身の元プロアメリカンフットボール選手。ポジションはクォーターバック。
2000年シーズンから2019年シーズンまでNFLのニューイングランド・ペイトリオッツ、、その後はタンパベイ・バッカニアーズでプレーした。愛称はトム・トリフィック、TB12。NFLを代表する選手の1人であり、アメリカ史上最も偉大なアスリートと評される。
2000年のNFLドラフトにて、6巡全体199位でペイトリオッツから指名を受けプロ入りを果たすと、2年目から先発QBに定着し、同年にチームを球団史上初のスーパーボウル制覇に導いた。以降2021年シーズンまで負け越したシーズンは一度もなく、いずれもQBとしてリーグ史上最多となる18度の地区優勝、14度のカンファレンスチャンピオンシップ進出と10度のカンファレンス制覇、さらには同ポジションでそれぞれ歴代最多となる7度のスーパーボウル制覇と5度のスーパーボウルMVP獲得を達成している。このほか14度のプロボウル、3度のNFL MVPと2度のリーグ最優秀攻撃選手に選出された。リーグMVPとスーパーボウルMVP双方の複数回受賞は、ブレイディと彼の幼少期のアイドルであったジョー・モンタナの2人しか達成していない快挙である。
彼のプロ入りと同年にペイトリオッツのヘッドコーチ（HC）に就任したビル・ベリチックと共に、2000年代のNFL界に"Patriots Dynasty（ペイトリオッツ王朝）"と呼ばれる一時代を築き上げた。プレーオフ並びにスーパーボウルでの勝利数やTDパス・獲得ヤード数、連勝記録など、様々なNFL記録を保持しており、ジョー・モンタナや長年のライバル関係にあったペイトン・マニングらと共に、NFL史上最高のQBの1人と評されている。
