フィデル・アレハンドロ・カストロ・ルス（スペイン語: Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz ( audio), 1926年8月13日 - 2016年11月25日）は、キューバの政治家、革命家、軍人、弁護士（キューバ）。
共産主義者で、1959年のキューバ革命でアメリカ合衆国の事実上の傀儡政権であったフルヘンシオ・バティスタ政権を武力で倒し、キューバを社会主義国家に変えた。革命によって同国の最高指導者となり、首相に就任。1965年から2011年までキューバ共産党中央委員会第一書記を、1976年より2008年まで国家評議会議長（国家元首）兼閣僚評議会議長（首相）を務めた。後述の通り、キューバ独立の英雄という評価と独裁者としての批判との賛否がある。
国家元首として在職中、日本国内においては「カストロ議長」と呼称されることが多かった。なお、本項では本人を指す場合は原則として「フィデル」の表記を用いる。これは、彼の弟にして後継者であるラウル・カストロの存在があるためで、ラウル・カストロについても本項では原則として「ラウル」の表記を用いる。
