Augusto Zimmerman Zavala, a Peruvian journalist who once advised armed forces on how to control the press, is now a prisoner of army; Zimmerman has been in detention since Feb 8 when he was arrested and taken before a military court for trial on charges of inciting a revolt by Peru's national police, known as Civil Guard, against their officers; charges grew out of a campaign against corruption in high ranks in police and military by Zimmerman's political weekly Kausachum weekly has continued publishing attacks on Pres Francisco Morales Bermudez, Interior Min Gen Fernando Velit and Gen Humberto Passano, commander of Civil Guard (M)
