Nassau County (NY): NY Daily News reporter Bernard Rabin and former reporter Frank Krauss and their wives are subpoenaed to testify before Albany grand jury investigating allegations that former Nassau County Family Ct Judge Martin Ginsberg illegally used public funds to help pay for campaign publicity while he was Assemblyman; Dist Atty Sol Greenberg repts he can give no details on matters pending before grand jury; grand jury investigation stems from Oct '72 article in Newsday, in which Krauss was quoted as having said that his wife Delphine had performed no work for state in exchange for $6,000 in state money she recd during '70 and '71; Rabin's wife Miriam recd $1.210 in '71; Ginsberg has acknowledged that 2 men had written press releases for him while they were working for newspaper; grand jury must determine if payments to women were for actual work performed, or if payments were intended to pay for their husbands' efforts on Ginsberg's behalf (M)
