竹内 まりや（たけうち まりや、1955年〈昭和30年〉3月20日 - ）は、日本のシンガーソングライター、作詞家、作曲家、音楽プロデューサー。出生名同じ。結婚後の本名、山下 まりや。島根県簸川郡大社町杵築南（現・島根県出雲市大社町杵築南）出身。
生家・実家は出雲大社・二の鳥居近くに在る1877年（明治10年）創業の老舗旅館「竹野屋旅館」（後述参照）。父親は4代目竹内繁蔵（旅館経営者。のちには大社町町長も務めた）。夫は山下達郎（シンガーソングライター、ミュージシャン）（後述参照）。山下との間に一女がいる（※後述参照）。
スマイルカンパニーおよび夫と共同経営する（著作権管理用）個人事務所のテンダベリー&ハーヴェスト所属。レコード会社はワーナーミュージック・ジャパン。
