THE TIMES has received from Helen W. Reynolds $5 for the Children's Fresh Air Fund. President De Soto, of Honduras, visited the New-York Mining and National Petroleum Exchange yesterday. He was received by the VicePresident and Chairman and escorted to the rostram, where he made a short speech, and was applauded in the vigorous manner in which brokers delight.
