マルクス・アレクセイ・ペルソン（Markus Alexej Persson、 ( 音声ファイル)、PEER-sən、スウェーデン語: [ˈmǎrːkɵs ˈpæ̌ːʂɔn] ( 音声ファイル)、通称「Notch（ノッチ）」、1979年6月1日 - ）は、スウェーデンのプログラマ、ゲームクリエイター。彼は『Minecraft』の創造者であり、同作は史上最も売れたゲームとなっている。彼は2009年にゲーム開発会社のMojang Studiosを設立した。
